Lincoln Property buys manufacturing site off I-495 for $31M

The precision manufacturer Web Industries Inc. has sold its plant in Holliston for $31.4 million and leased back the property for 10 years. The sale gives the new local ownership group a manufacturing asset inside the I-495 belt, at a time when the tight market for industrial real estate is pushing businesses farther west into Massachusetts, closer to Worcester.
