Texas cinema chain Alamo Drafthouse picks Seaport for its first New England theater

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema said Tuesday it plans to open in the former ShowPlace ICON Theatre space in the same Seaport Boulevard complex that hosts the nightclub Grand, Scorpion Bar, Kings Dining & Entertainment and Tuscan Kitchen.
