America’s Test Kitchen acquired by Martha Stewart, Emerill Lagasse parent company

America’s Test Kitchen, an industry brand name with a cooking show, podcast and cookbooks, has been bought by a New York media firm whose portfolio also includes Martha Stewart’s and Emeril Lagasse’s brands.
