Ocean State Job Lot owners buy Seekonk shopping plaza for $19M

An entity registered to the owners of Ocean State Job Lot has paid $19 million for a shopping plaza in Seekonk where Bed, Bath & Beyond is closing one of its nine Massachusetts locations.
