East Cambridge Savings Bank taps Timothy E. Bombard as new president and CEO

East Cambridge Savings Bank has tapped Timothy E. Bombard as the bank’s new president and CEO, the bank announced Tuesday. He will replace Gilda M. Nogueira, who plans to retire later in 2023.
