John Regan to step down as head of AIM, Brooke Thomson to succeed him

After a short stint at the helm of Associated Industries of Massachusetts, John Regan, 62, is preparing to say goodbye to the state’s largest employer association, announcing Tuesday that he will retire at the end of the year.
