Cooley team moves to Foley Hoag, attracted by DEI commitments

Boston-based law firm Foley Hoag LLP has scooped up a team from Cooley LLP to enhance its life sciences and IP practices. The team is led by Amy Baker Mandragouras, who joins the firm as a partner.
