Hynes proposal ‘not a quick firesale,’ Mass. convention center chief says

If the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority is going to finance its plan for a $500 million expansion of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in the Seaport through the sale of the Back Bay’s Hynes Convention Center, it is going to need to do more to get residents, businesses and legislators on board, a committee chair told the authority.
