Boston Globe promotes Black, Latino editors as part of diversity efforts

The Boston Globe has announced it will elevate a Black woman to a masthead-level editor position for the first time in the paper’s history, as well as naming a Latino editor to the masthead, crossing items off a list aimed at addressing diversity issues both inside and outside the newsroom.
