Cannabis regulators approve Curaleaf’s acquisition of ATG with restrictions

A controversial cannabis acquisition got the go-ahead from the Cannabis Control Commission this week after Curaleaf agreed to buy a cultivation facility owned by Alternative Therapies Group, but not ATG’s medical and recreational licenses.
