Cambridge energy firm to go public via SPAC deal

Launched in 2012, Advent Technologies is developing fuel cell technology as alternative source of energy for transportation, aviation and off-grid power generation. Not including more than a dozen life sciences IPOs this year, Advent Technologies is the fifth Massachusetts company to go public this year.
