After woman’s death outside hospital, legislators send ‘Laura’s Law’ to Gov. Baker

Massachusetts lawmakers have sent to Gov. Charlie Baker a bill named after Laura Beth Levis, a 34-year-old woman who died just steps from an emergency room.
