AIM pushes Congress to forgive states’ massive unemployment debt

Massachusetts has borrowed more than $620M from the federal gov’t over the past several weeks, to pay for the record number of jobless claims. That’s a lot of debt that, barring federal intervention, will ultimately have to be borne by Mass. businesses.
