Aqua Security hits unicorn status, eyes IPO after $135M raise

Three weeks after Wilmington-based Locus Robotics Corp. became a so-called "unicorn," the title of "latest Massachusetts tech company to hit a $1 billion valuation" passed into the hands of Aqua Security Software Ltd., an Israeli cybersecurity company with U.S. headquarters in Burlington.
