Aron Ain steps down as CEO after 17 years, transitions to executive chair

Aron Ain has stepped down from his longtime role as CEO of UKG, transitioning to executive chair as part of a long-term succession plan. Chris Todd, president of UKG since 2018, has been named CEO effective July 1.
