Boston-based private real estate investment firm sells logistics portfolio for $614M

Boston-based Taurus Investment Holdings LLC on Nov. 21 announced it has sold an 8.2 million-square-foot logistics portfolio located in the Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta and Memphis markets to Bahrain-based Investcorp in a $614 million deal.
