Cannabis chair Shannon O’Brien sues state treasurer to stop suspension

Treasurer Deb Goldberg said that there have been "several serious allegations" against O’Brien, but O’Brien said she was "unlawfully" removed. She is seeking a court order that she should be allowed to serve out her term.
