Cape Cod lawmaker arrested, indicted on federal fraud charges
Rep. Christopher Flanagan of Dennis was arrested Friday morning after being indicted by a federal grand jury on charges that he allegedly orchestrated a multi-pronged scheme to defraud a local trade association.
