CEO to exit East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, join Blue Cross Blue Shield

Manny Lopes, CEO of East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, has announced he will leave nearly a three-decade tenure to join Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as executive vice president of public markets and government relations.
