David Delmar’s message to local tech employers: ‘Hire for potential over pedigree’

Resilient Coders connects graduates form its coding bootcamps with opportunities in the local tech industry. Last year, 38 students graduated from the program, with a job placement rate in the 90 percentile and an average salary also in the 90 thousands, according to executive director David Delmar.
