Despite geographic distance, parent companies of Cape Cod 5 and Fidelity Bank agree to merge

Hyannis-based Cape Cod 5 and Leominster-based Fidelity Bank plan to merge their holding companies under one new multi-bank holding company, Mutual Bancorp.
