Developer notifies city officials of plan to build hotel, condos above Mass. Turnpike

Five years after Massachusetts transportation officials tapped The Peebles Corp. to develop an air-rights parcel adjacent to the MBTA Hynes Convention Center station, the company has formally kicked off its city permitting process to build a luxury hotel and condominiums at the site.
