DraftKings to acquire Golden Nugget Online Gaming in all-stock $1.56B deal

Shortly after reporting earnings for the latest quarter, Boston-based DraftKings Inc. said it plans to acquire the online gaming operator of NBA’s Houston Rockets owner and Houston billionaire Tilman Fertitta.
