Editorial: What the next governor should learn from the Baker administration

Gov. Charlie Baker’s announcement that he, along with Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito, won’t seek a third term has caused some in the business community to reflect on the past seven years of the Baker administration — including what the next governor ought to emulate, and what she or he can improve upon.
