Feds have a fraud czar for PPP, other loans. Who are they going after?

This should not be a surprise since $2.2 trillion dollars of Covid-related relief was distributed in the past two years — much of that to small, medium and large businesses. Now, the Department of Justice wants to make sure the money was apportioned appropriately.
