Financial giant BNY recommits to downtown Boston as office market shows signs of recovery
The financial services firm BNY has renewed a lease for 205,000 square feet in the One Boston Place tower, the latest in a series of new and renewed leases for downtown that have lended a sense of optimism about the office market.
