Flywire says it plans IPO, but files confidentially with SEC

The payments technology company was one of a handful of tech company in Boston rumored to go public in 2021. Data market research firm PitchBook included AI company DataRobot Inc. and cybersecurity provider Cybereason Inc. in its IPO pipeline predictions. Boston-based Toast Inc. is also reportedly eyeing an IPO that could value the restaurant software maker at around $20 billion.
