Gutted Cambridge biotech declares bankruptcy after failed merger, layoffs

It’s (almost) the end for Infinity Pharmaceuticals. Following a failed merger agreement and layoffs that left the company with just three employees, the Cambridge biotech has declared bankruptcy.
