A provider of cloud-based enterprise work management software has acquired Boston-based Localytics for $67.7 million in cash. The news, announced on Friday, comes just days before Raj Aggarwal, Localytics’ co-founder and longtime leader, is slated to launch a new startup currently in stealth mode.
