Mark Development sells one Newton project, weighs ‘housing-centric’ path for other

Mark Development has agreed to sell one nearly 300-unit Newton residential project to a New Jersey firm and is in talks with the state about focusing on building housing in the first stages of a larger mixed-use project in the city.
