Mass. hospitals join White House pledge to cut emissions

Seven major Mass. hospital systems have joined the White House’s Health Sector Climate Pledge to reduce greenhouse gas emissions 50% by 2030. The health care sector accounts for 8.5% of the U.S. emissions, according to the White House.
