MBTA reopens Orange and Green Lines, but more partial shutdowns are planned

Gov. Baker said Sunday that hiring is now a "primary objective" at the T, as well as implementing the Federal Transit Administration’s safety recommendations. Officials said the MBTA will continue to use partial shutdowns to do crucial improvement work.
