More supplier-diversity dollars being spent outside of Mass., new chamber data shows

Companies in the chamber’s Pacesetters program allocated 5.6% of nationwide contractor spending to minority business enterprises last year, according to new data. The percentage of spending in Greater Boston going to local minority-owned firms was significantly lower than that.
