Price-fixing case ensnaring MIT, Brown and other prominent schools will proceed

A federal judge shot down attempts from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Brown University and more than a dozen other elite schools to dismiss a lawsuit accusing them of violating antitrust laws.
