SmileDirectClub: Lawsuit is using legal system to promote ‘falsehoods’

The lawsuit, filed in Middle Tennessee U.S. District Court by a group of orthodontists and a consumer, alleges that SmileDirectClub has damaged the doctors’ businesses by illegally practicing dentistry.
