Spartan Race buys Tough Mudder U.K. business, but hurdle remains

After an obstacle course worth of court filings, bankruptcy proceedings and negotiations, Spartan Race Inc. has acquired rival Tough Mudder’s U.K. assets. For Tough Mudder’s U.S. operations, Spartan has at least one more hurdle to jump.
