St. Vincent nurses file complaints over ‘abhorrent’ conditions at for-profit hospital

Nurses at St. Vincent Hospital have filed complaints with federal and state agencies, claiming that conditions at the Worcester hospital have gotten so dangerous that the safety of patients is threatened.
