State proposes end-of-course testing system to replace MCAS as graduation standard
A state council has recommended that Massachusetts high school students take end-of-course exams designed and scored by the state, along with completing locally-designed capstone projects, as part of a new graduation framework following the elimination of the MCAS requirement.
