Tax break floated for businesses near Mass and Cass

City Councilor Michael Flaherty said that he believes that business owners and homeowners in the Newmarket Square area are “owed an abatement," for "the increase in costs that have been incurred around security, and lost business, and lost deliveries, etc.”
