These 13 Mass. companies rank as having the best compensation in U.S.

Jobs review site Comparably released two lists of big and small U.S. companies with the best compensation, based on anonymous surveys of the companies’ own employees. To rate their company’s compensation, employees answered a series of questions over the past year, weighing in on salaries, raises, benefits and annual bonuses.
