Waters to acquire Wyatt in first billion-dollar acquisition

Waters Corporation CEO Udit Batra was a Ph.D. student at Princeton University around the time that Wyatt Technologies sold its first lab equipment to the school. Now, Batra has led the charge on Waters’ (NYSE: WAT) $1.36 billion acquisition of Wyatt.
