Weiner Ventures calls $100M suit from Suffolk’s John Fish ‘an unbelievable fiction’

In a newly publicized court filing, Weiner Ventures says the $100 million lawsuit filed by construction magnate John Fish should be dismissed. Fish’s legal team, in turn, says the motion should be denied.
