Investor Relations Operations Associate – Multi Strat Hedge Fund

Base Salary: $90,000 - $150,000

This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by building structure and process. The position is firmly focused on Investor Relations operations rather than fundraising or business development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, review, and distribution of investor reporting materials, including performance reports, presentations, and periodic updates
  • Coordinate and manage due diligence requests (DDQs, RFPs, and follow-up inquiries) in partnership with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams
  • Maintain investor records, reporting archives, and activity tracking within CRM and internal systems
  • Serve as a key internal point of coordination for investor-related information to ensure accuracy and consistency across materials
  • Assist with investor meeting preparation, materials, and logistics, including annual meetings and firm-hosted events
  • Help enhance IR operational processes by improving documentation, workflows, and quality controls

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in investor relations operations, client service, fund operations, or institutional investment support
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written communication skills and comfort working with data and reporting
  • Professional, collaborative demeanor with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Familiarity with institutional investment strategies or alternative assets is a plus, but not required
