Project Management Specialist – Global Rollouts

We are partnering with a global, publicly traded life sciences company to hire a Program Specialist to support a major Finance transformation initiative for a large U.S. legal entity. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and IT, focused on driving successful adoption of a new ERP platform (SAP) through strong program management, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement.

Ideal Background

• Relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional project or programs (finance transformation, ERP, integrations, shared services, controllership/finance workstreams strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead workshops, drive alignment across stakeholders, and influence without authority
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization (medical device / life sciences a plus)
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Miro, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear executive-ready updates
• Process-improvement mindset (certifications like PMP, Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma are a plus)
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to scope work, navigate roadblocks, and manage multiple competing priorities
