Project Management Specialist – Global Rollouts

Base Salary: $135,000 - $165,000
We are partnering with a global, publicly traded life sciences company to hire a Program Specialist to support a major Finance transformation initiative for a large U.S. legal entity. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and IT, focused on driving successful adoption of a new ERP platform (SAP) through strong program management, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys leading complex, cross-functional workstreams, facilitating workshops, improving processes, and partnering directly with senior leaders in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

- Coordinating business-side activities for the SAP rollout within Finance
- Driving program management (timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks/issues, executive updates)
- Facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional problem-solving sessions to mitigate risks
- Managing and improving critical Finance processes with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact
- Acting as a connector across diverse Finance and Accounting teams to ensure adoption of new processes and methodologies

Ideal Background
- Relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional project or programs (finance transformation, ERP, integrations, shared services, controllership/finance workstreams strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead workshops, drive alignment across stakeholders, and influence without authority
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization (medical device / life sciences a plus)
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Miro, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear executive-ready updates
- Process-improvement mindset (certifications like PMP, Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma are a plus)
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to scope work, navigate roadblocks, and manage multiple competing priorities
