Finance Transformation Managing Consultant w/ OT Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation workstreams spanning finance strategy, process improvement, and digital enablement.
• Conduct current-state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and help design future-state operating models.
• Support implementation and adoption of enabling technologies, including ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM platforms, automation tools (RPA), and analytics dashboards.
• Manage day-to-day execution: project planning, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Develop client-ready deliverables such as roadmaps, recommendations, value cases, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across broader transformation programs.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, feedback, and on-the-job guidance.
• Support business development through proposals, workshops, and internal capability building.

Your Background

• Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as close, reporting, FP&A, payables, receivables, and general finance operations.
• Experience with finance technologies (ERP/EPM/automation/BI) and comfort translating business needs into practical solutions.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or PMP are a plus.
