Tax Consulting Manager or Director, C-Corps/ASC 740

A high-growth advisory firm is seeking a Tax Consulting Manager or Director to join its expanding tax practice. Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver client engagements across tax accounting, compliance, and advisory projects
• Review and oversee income tax provisions under ASC 740
• Review stand-alone and consolidated federal and state C-Corp income tax returns and related workpapers
• Advise clients on technical tax matters, planning initiatives, and special projects
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the practice

What We’re Looking For

• Big 4 tax experience is required
• Strong background in corporate tax, tax accounting, and compliance
• Deep knowledge of ASC 740
• Experience preparing or reviewing corporate federal and state tax returns
• CPA preferred; MST a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a client-facing environment
• A motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth
