Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve pre- and post-trade compliance alerts in coordination with trading teams
• Use SQL to analyze data, identify issues, and help automate manual compliance workflows
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of compliance rules across OMS platforms
• Maintain restricted lists and support wall-crossing and MNPI-related processes
• Assist with regulatory monitoring and updates to internal policies and procedures
• Contribute to audits, system enhancements, and ad hoc compliance-related projects
• Partner across compliance, trading, and operations to improve workflow efficiency and strengthen controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0-3 years of experience; May 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply
• Intermediate SQL proficiency required
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Financial services experience is strongly preferred
• Interest in investment management, markets, and compliance
• Exposure to compliance, OMS platforms, or trading environments is a plus, but not required
• Experience with automation, AI tools, or process improvement is a plus
