Senior Tax Analyst, Corporate Tax

Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
We are representing a highly respected global healthcare organization seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join its corporate tax team. This is a strong fit for someone coming from Big 4, national public accounting, or a multinational corporate tax environment who wants to move beyond a narrow compliance/reporting track and into a broader in-house role with more exposure to forecasting, planning, modeling, and business partnership.

The opportunity
This role will support a mix of corporate tax compliance, tax provision work, forecasting, planning analysis, and process improvement. The position is especially attractive for someone who has developed strong technical tax fundamentals and now wants to understand how tax connects to business decisions, financial forecasts, cash planning, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, including returns, estimates, extensions, and supporting workpapers
- Assist with quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision analysis
- Contribute to global effective tax rate and cash tax forecasting
- Build and maintain tax models used for planning, scenario analysis, and variance review
- Analyze tax impacts related to business changes, acquisitions, restructurings, and tax law developments
- Research and document federal, state, and international tax matters
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and business teams
- Help improve tax processes through automation, data analytics, and better use of tax technology
Ideal background
- Experience of corporate tax experience in public accounting and/or a multinational company
- Strong U.S. corporate income tax knowledge, including federal and state tax concepts
- Exposure to ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP
- Experience with tax compliance, provisions, reporting, planning, or forecasting
- Interest in international tax areas such as GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, transfer pricing, or Pillar Two
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets or financial models
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with tax and non-tax stakeholders
- CPA, MST, MSA, CorpTax, OneSource, SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar systems experience is helpful but not required.
