Senior or Manager, M&A Deal Advisory

A highly regarded global advisory firm is seeking a Senior or Manager, Deal Advisory to support financial due diligence and transaction-related work for private equity firms, strategic buyers, and corporate clients.

This is a strong opportunity for a Big 4 auditor or public accounting professional who wants to move closer to the deal process and apply their accounting foundation in a more dynamic, transaction-focused environment. The role offers exposure to quality of earnings, financial due diligence, purchase price considerations, and key issues that directly impact investment decisions.

Unlike traditional audit, this role is built around live transactions, investor conversations, and financial analysis that helps determine whether a deal moves forward, gets restructured, or gets repriced.

Responsibilities

• Support financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Analyze historical financial results, trends, fluctuations, and non-recurring items
• Assist with quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, and transaction-related analyses
• Help identify financial issues that may impact deal structure, purchase price, or negotiations
• Contribute to client deliverables and transaction reports

Qualifications

• Experience of accounting, finance, transaction advisory, or related experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• CPA or progress toward certification strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
• Advanced Excel skills
