Corporate Paralegal

We’re looking for a Paralegal to join the Legal team of a highly regarded private investment firm.

This is a newly created, hands-on role with significant opportunity to take ownership of legal processes, strengthen workflows, and become a key resource to the broader organization. The Paralegal will work closely with senior members of the Legal team while coordinating with internal business teams, outside counsel, and other external parties.

We’re open to candidates coming from either an in-house legal team or a strong law firm paralegal background. The ideal person is organized, proactive, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable independently managing processes and driving matters through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recurring legal processes, documentation, and administrative matters
• Maintain corporate records, legal agreements, organizational documents, and other key files
• Support document preparation, execution, signature collection, and closing processes
• Track deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and outstanding items across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and other external parties
• Identify opportunities to improve tracking, organization, and Legal team workflows
• Provide broad project and day-to-day support to senior members of the Legal team

Qualifications

• Relevant paralegal experience
• Experience within a law firm or in-house corporate legal department; financial services, investment management, or private markets experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive processes forward
